Compatibility

  • Are the templates compatible with All PowerPoint/Keynote Version?
    POWERPOINT

    The templates are compatible with PowerPoint 2010 and 2013 due to certain features such as animation only available on those two versions of PowerPoint. However, the templates can also be accessed with limitation on older versions.

    KEYNOTE

    The templates are compatible with Keynote 6.0 and Keynote 2009 due to certain features such as animation only available on those two versions of Keynote. However, the templates can also be accessed with limitation on older versions.

Fonts

  • I’ve tried installing certain fonts several time and restarting my computers. However it is never recognized by PowerPoint/Keynote.
    Some fonts do not work because the old version has been updated to the new one. Our old template is still possible to use the previous version of the font, so we've provided you a link to download the old version to be used in your template.

    Restart and reopen your template after installing fonts.

  • I’m having issues with Iconic Fonts. Neither load in Powerpoint 2011 on OSX Mavericks or Powerpoint 2013 on Windows 8.1

  • I’m having trouble installing font. Where can I get support?
    If you are experiencing trouble installing font, restart your computer or reopen your template. If the problem persists, please issue your problem to our support team.

    For PowerPoint & Apple Keynote on Mac

    If you're using Mac, we recommend you to update your system to the latest version. Some fonts might not working properly with the old system and program. Also please make sure your program is up to date.

    For Windows 8 and 8.1 users

    No problem for majority of Windows users but we recommend you to always update your system to the latest version.
  • Do You Include any reference?
    We include document under 'Read Me' label for your further convenience.
  • Is the downloaded font free for me?
    Yes, we use free fonts for our templates.
  • Why there are no images and the font is missing?
    We have provided the image and font download link in the read me file, which can be found in every purchase. We will include the image backgrounds for only certain templates.
  • I tried to download the font but it needs me to purchase it first?
    You need to register first in order to download the font, or if are already registered, simply log in and add to cart any free font under the label $0 and check out.

    Note: We cannot provide the font in our package because it is illegal to redistribute a license product. However, we provide a link where you can download the font in our file.
  • Download links to fonts are not working

  • WTF, my font did not appear?
    • Q1. WTF, my font did not appear?
    • Q2. When I download the file, I lose all the fonts in the presentation, and it looks dreadful. What am i doing wrong?
    • Q3. I have just purchased this template – but i obviously do not have the correct font, but it does not tell me what font I need to download and has no instructions. Not very helpful. Can you help?

    You need to download and install Font first to fully experience the template. We provided the download links in the read me file.

  • Can I get convert the template into a video/montage using PowerPoint/Keynote?**
    Yes, you can see the tutorial in the link below.

    PowerPoint:
    Save as MP4 or Windows Media Video (WMV)

    Keynote:
    Save as Quicktime Movie
  • Is it possible to add video and audio?
    Yes, it is possible to add video and audio.

  • I resize the placeholder and insert a picture but I did not get the crop tool please can you send me some more details?

  • I know PowerPoint but I never worked with this kind of template I cannot change the size of the pictures it drives me mad! Don’t you have any tutorial?
    To resize the image you need to resize your placeholder first and then use Crop tool in PowerPoint to make it fit in your image placeholder.

  • Just want to enquire if you do any customized keynote/PowerPoint design? Mainly for my company’s sales / corporate presentation
    We do not provide any customization template. Not yet. :)
  • I’m new in PowerPoint and I don’t know how to change your layout template, I want to change the text letters to my name and the names of the template but I can’t, because it’s locked.
